Services and Fees

Pregnancy and Birth Care

My service at a glance:

  • 1 initial meeting

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Support during labor and delivery

  • 1 postpartum meeting

  • 24/7 call and text support

My care in detail:

  • Initial meeting: We can meet in person or via Zoom to get to know each other, and I can introduce my services. Then you would decide if you would like me to support you as your doula. (If you decide not to go with me, I do not charge for this meeting)
    • I will meet you at your home for at least two prenatal visits. (Additional visits are possible based on agreement)
    • During these meetings, we will discuss your birth plan, and I will give you a template to write your birth preferences.
    • You will receive my welcome packet, which has information, tips, and resources to prepare for labor, breastfeeding, and parenting.
    • We will go through a condensed childbirth course.
    • I will help you with positioning and movement (I am a Spinning Babies® enthusiast.)
    • You will have access to my book library. I also love sending over research and videos depending on your needs.
  • I will be on call (24/7) for you 2 weeks before your expected due date until you have your baby.
  • I will attend your birth during early or active labor, either at your home or when you are admitted to the hospital.
  • After your baby is born, I will stay with you for a few hours and will leave once I feel like you and your family are well taken care of.
  • I will visit you at your home for one postpartum visit (2-3 hours). We talk about your birth experience, and I can support you with questions.

Fees and Payment Options

Insurance Rate: No cost share to member ($0)

  • Only for select insurance: Kaiser Permanente. (More to come!)

Full Fee Rate: $2,000

  • This is my standard package described above.
  • You might be able to get reimbursed for all or some of your costs if you have insurance or an HSA. I will provide a detailed “super-bill” if needed.
  • Cash or check payment preferred

Out of Pocket, Prompt Payment Discount: $1,400

  • Only for self-pay clients who are not utilizing any insurance coverage.

Financial Hardship Discount

  • The cost of a doula shouldn't be the reason why you don't have one with you during pregnancy and birth. If you are really struggling to pay, we can come up with a plan, care, and price that works for you.
  • I can offer a payment plan
  • I offer discounts for families with WIC, EBT, or Medi-Cal.

I am looking forward to meeting with you and supporting you during one of the most memorable times of your life! You should feel loved and cared for during your pregnancy and birth.
